Tom believes in a client centered approach to any case he takes on. When you retain Tom as your attorney, he will take the time to discuss your case with you, explain the various steps of the process that you will go through, and answer any questions that you may have. Tom believes in being heavily involved in your case from the beginning whereas many other attorneys don’t get involved until it’s time to start talking about money!
Tom earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law at the same time as he earned his Master of Business Administration degree. Tom is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts as well as the Federal District Courts for Northern and Southern Ohio.
With both a law degree and an MBA, Tom is equipped to handle a broad range of cases from personal injury to business related issues including wrongful death and personal injury cases resulting from automobile, truck, and motorcycle crashes, product defects, and work-related injuries.
Mr. Hobbs was born and raised in the Independence area and, following in the footsteps of several family members, wanted to pursue a legal career from an early age. Married with children, Tom enjoys being actively involved in the community and in his spare time enjoys working on home improvement projects and various year-round activities.
